DREAM .... Do they come true ?

Do our dreams come true?

Is it possible?

Do you believe that what you dream today will come true one day?

When we are young, we do not have much life experience.

...And we don't have much flexibility and choices about

- which city we grow up in
- which school we study in,
- and sometimes even the college that we go to.

These decisions are taken by our parents for us. We did not have the power to create our own reality.

Our life experience that we got before 20 years of age makes us believe that we are a victim of our circumstances. But it's not. We have the power to achieve our dreams.

It becomes difficult to believe that you can create the reality that you want when you are young. Your opportunities are less.

But something magical happen when we are in the age of 18-27.

We are finally independent. We become adults.

We need not say "yes" to everything our parents expect.

And we know that we are no longer afraid of teachers and professors, because we are also becoming adults now.

Once we graduate from college and get a job, we get independence.

We become financially and emotionally independent.

We become adults.

As an adult, there is a much higher chance that we can create the reality that we want and need not be a victim of our circumstance.

Money and wealth is a powerful tool to create the realities that we want.

When you cross the age of 18, your No.1 priority should be to get started with a career.

Your career should be a mix of talent and passion.

When talent and passion meets market opportunity - you will make all the money you can dream of in life.

Money helps you change your reality.

You can build the reality that you want.

Back in 2003-04 i was not sure where i will be studying what i will be doing , all my family was busy with some marriage in family on the day of my board result and i had no clue what i will be doing ?

I had in mind that i will be doing my 11th & 12th In Nashik , i went on own to submit the form in all the college of Nashik and was lucky enough to get the seat in one of the college.

Though i tried hard to get the MBBS i could not score that much that i can secure one seat in any medical college, the option i had was to repeat a year or pay huge donation and take one seat , my mind wasn't ready for either of this and that time was first time ever i had to take decision by myself as to what i want in life, i decided to go with Engineering thinking all you need is studies to keep your brain engage & i don't regret that today.

Back in 2010, when I moved from my hometown Manmad to Bangalore, I was looking for places in Bangalore to settle down.

I wanted to be close to the office in electronic city that time Electronic city was just coming up and nothing was around but i like the area as it was more green and close to office

When I came to Bangalore, I did not have enough money to afford a own place . So I lived in the PG.

6 years later, I have a startup office, and a home, in Bangalore heart, and that too the best part of Bangalore.

We have parks, nurseries, and all amenities are within reach of 500 metres. My dream has come true.

A thought and desire that occurred 6 years back became a true thing today.

Dreams do come true. I have experienced it.

So if you are young now, believe me, you have not seen your dreams come true yet, so you might think that dreams usually don't come true... but it will come true.

You will realize your dreams... as you grow as an adult.

Back in 2012 i bought the bike to break my own fear of riding , I had a dream of having a group of people who can ride with me and think same about riding rules & safety. Today, i have a set of 1Lkh+ Rider as active rider with me.

Dreams have much more power to come true as you become an adult - because you are not limited on how hard you can work, and how much money you can make in return.

Now until this point, you might have become ecstatic and happy.

I am pretty sure that you have started thinking about your life dreams and goals, and you are fantasising that one day you will also live the dream.

Not so fast my friend.

Let me give you a dose of reality.

Stop dreaming now.

Listen to what I have to say...

Dreams do come true - but not for everyone & anyone

Dreams do not come true just because you dreamed about it.

In fact, most of the people never realize their dreams and die with regret.

10/100 people who are reading this right now will achieve their dreams.

The remaining 90/100 people will not realize their dreams and will die with regret.

Now do you want to be in the 90% of losers, or the 10% of winners?

That's the purpose of this write up.

I want to tell you that, yes, dreams can come true, and as an adult you have a larger power to make your dreams come true.

But it is not easy.

The dreams require a price to pay.

That price is hard work.

You see, money can buy you dreams.

But making money is not easy.

To make money, you need to create value.

If you create something of value for other people, then they will come back to you with some money for that value.

Higher value creation = more money.
Lower value creation = less money.

If you create little value for a small set of people, you will only make a small amount of money.

If you create a lot of value for a lot of people, then you will be able to make a lot of money in return.

What is the difference between a successful person at 30s whose networth is 1 crore and another person in his 30s whose networth is just 5 lakhs?

The person who has higher amount of networth has created more value for this world in his last 10 years.

He probably worked hard, worked late nights, worked on the weekends, and the total value he created for the world is more than what his friends from college had created.

And that's the price you have to pay to make your dreams come true.

You have to prioritize what is more important to you in your life.

If success and making money is your priority, then you have to pay that price. You want to achieve your dreams, right?

You have to work hard, not to make money for yourself, but to create more value for the world.

When I got my first job in Chennai, my CTC was 2.8 lakhs per annum.

That's just approx 25,000 per month.

After taxes, it would just be 21,500 per month.

After living expenses and travel, I would be hardly left with 10,000 per month.

Fast forward to today, I am making more than what one can think of start salary in revenue per day from the influence marketing & platform as service

How?

Did I get lucky?

No.

Today, the amount of value I can create is 30x-50x more than what I could create 9 years back.

No one is going to realize your value, unless you realize it yourself. And you also have to actively work to become a more valuable person.

If you think that you are of no value, then you will not work to create value for the world, and since you are not creating value for others, others are not going to give you money for anything. You will remain poor and you will keep complaining.

If someone complained that they are poor 100 years back, it's fine. But today, you have the opportunity to make wealth through hard work. So don't complain. But work and achieve your dreams.

If you think that you are of high value, work towards improving your value to the world by learning new skills and working hard - then you will be creating more value for others, and hence others will give you back more money.

That how you create wealth, through value.

Value creation should be the No.1 thing on your mind.

When you create more value, you create more wealth for yourself.

More wealth means that you have more power to change your reality.

Make your dreams come true...

- through the power of wealth,
- through insane value creation for others,
- through super hard work,
- through realizing value of yourself and believing in yourself,
- through having big dreams that are larger than life.

And that's the price of making dreams come true.

You have to create a lot of value, for a lot of people. It starts with a big dream.

Many people sell themselves short and believe that they cannot achieve their dreams because they do not have the guts to work hard and create value.

They complain about their boss.

They complain about their friends.

They complain about their parents.

They complain about the government.

They complain how other countries are advanced and blame the politicians.

They do everything to sell themselves short - so that they can save themselves from hard work and sacrifices - which is required to achieve the dreams.

They point fingers at others. It's getting worse, because these people, instead of creating value, they take money from other people. People try to steal money from other people when they are greedy - they are the bad kind of rich.

When you make money by offering value to the world, you are not being greedy, but being generous. Be greedy to create more value than your competition, not to make more profits than your competition.

The world becomes a better place BECAUSE of people who chase their dreams and make their dreams come true... because in the process of making their dreams come true, they also created a lot of value through their hard work.

All the billionaire entrepreneurs today in the world have became billionaires because they created INSANE amount of value for the world around them.

So what do you think?

Are you going to chase your dreams?

Are you going to work hard and create value for others?

Are you going to make this world a better place? And also achieve your dreams in the process?

Yes, it is possible.

You are growing up. You are becoming an adult. You have more opportunities to scale your value creation for the world.

Work 12 hours a day. Work on weekends.

Life is long and there is plenty of time to "relax" and "enjoy".

In fact, if you see how much fun it is to work hard and create value for others, you will enjoy your work so much that you will not be needing vacations and relaxations.

You just need to work like this for 2-3 years. And then everything will fall in place. Do not be afraid of hard work. Prioritize value creation for a few years and put everything aside (but take care of health and relationships).

I have been working super hard for the past 2-3 years, and I have come to a level where I can live the rest of my life without working, but for me working hard and creating value is so much fun that I don't know what else to do but to keep working.

You will always enjoy doing what you are good at, and the better you get at it, the more joy you will get out of it, and the harder your will work.

The harder you work, the more value you will create, and the more wealth you will accumulate.

And that gives you the power to make your dreams come true.

If you are in a job, do some projects on the side and make enough savings to sustain yourself.

Quit your job and become an entrepreneur, because as an entrepreneur you will have even more opportunities to scale your value creation and multiply the value you create for the world.

Think about this...

It took me a day to write this blog.

That's why you should find out an area of value creation that can be scaled fast.

One of the best areas is training. And the other one is coding and software development.

If you are good at something, you can teach it to other people. And teaching with the power of the internet has enabled teachers to scale their value creation - through the power of digital devices and the internet.

If you write a software, you just write it once, and it can be used 1000s of times by millions of people and that's how the most billionaires in the world have become super wealthy.

Content and code are the only two scalable things that I know of which can give massive scale for value creation and touch a lot of lives.

I don't know much on how to code, so I create content.

I create multiple formats of content. Digital products can scale fast in value creation.

I hope this blog gave you new insights, ideas and perspectives about how you can achieve your dreams, through value creation.

Here's a short recap of what we've discussed:

- Dreams can come true
- Don't complain or blame, focus on value creation
- Don't sell yourself short - you can learn and become a valuable person
- Realize that you are valuable, grow your value and create value for others
- Others will realize your value - when you realize your value
- When you create value for others, they will reward you with money
- The more value you create for more people, the more money you will make
- Scale your value creation (through content and code)
- If you can write code, create apps
- If you can't write code, create content
- If you can code and create content - create something magical
- The internet is a blessing, it can multiply your value very fast, for very cheap - without you needing to be connected with powerful and wealthy people.
- Believe that your dreams can come true, but don't forget that there is a price for it, which not everyone is ready to pay.
- Not everyone will chase their dreams, so you have a higher chance of achieving it.
- The world becomes a better place, by the people who chase their dreams, because people who chase their dreams create value for others while they are chasing their dreams.

You give. And you will get 10x back.

You don't tell the bank that first give me interest, then I will deposit money. You need to deposit money first, and then earn interest on it.

You can't say that you will eat a delicious meal first, and then cook it. You have to cook it, and then enjoy the meal.

If you want to achieve your dreams, the world is ready to help you achieve it... but the world is asking you: "What value you will create for me?" and "How much value will you create."

What you get - is based on what value you give.

So work hard, create value. Everything else will come back to you.

You place the first card.

It might be scary - because we are skeptical... what if I work hard and create value - and the world doesn't give back. Sometimes, it doesn't. But in most times it does. But there are no guarantees.

That's another price to pay when you are creating value for the world and wealth for yourself - there are no guarantees.

People want certainty. People are too skeptical. People have a mindset of scarcity.

People are thinking... what will get I back?

No, that's not how wealth is created.

You create wealth for yourself, when you create value without expecting something back.

Don't keep score.

For example, I make money from the platform i have created for community. I don't make money by writing blog.

It took me almost a day to write this about dreams, hard work and value... and I worked hard for it.

I enjoyed writing it as well, but it was not easy. i dreamed something and i wrote.

If it happens, its good. If it doesn't, I will still be creating value for others, without expecting anything in return, and my wealth will somehow find a way to grow on me. It has in the past, and it will in the future.

Something need not always be easy for you to enjoy doing it.

Somethings are incredibly tough, and those are the things that give you the most joy.

The obstacles that are the most difficult to cross, will you the most happiness when you cross it.

Don't be happy with small wins.

Don't sell yourself short.

Don't think that - what you have now, and what you have achieved so far - is enough.

Don't let others tell you that you shouldn't chase your dreams.

Strive for more.

Want more out of life.

Strive for more wealth - not by taking it from others, but by creating value for others.

When you create value for others, you are doubling the world's wealth.

If someone pays me X for a wooden chair I made, after the transaction, I have X, and the other person has a chair worth X.

So now the world has a total wealth of 2X. And that's how all can grow wealthy, without taking wealth from each other. But by creating wealth for each other.

Work hard. Create value. Make the world a better place.

Achieve your dreams.

Experience your life to the fullest.

And don't die with regret.

That's it!
